Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory by promptly updating system parameters according to monthly consumption, optimizing stock levels to meet inventory objectives.
• Handle order management by facilitating Purchase Orders and ensuring timely updates in SAP, including following up on orders to ensure materials are shipped and delivered as promised.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on all aspects of inbound shipments, ensuring prompt and accurate updates in SAP, and filing shipping documents for goods receiving activities, verifying invoices to avoid discrepancies.
• Manage cross-trade shipments by facilitating and coordinating with stakeholders for direct drop shipments from the factory to customers, ensuring compliance with Free Trade Agreement for customer import duty rebates.
• Process claims related to vendor defects.
• Maintain and update Material Master in SAP (Standard length, HS code, plan delivery time, etc.).
• Ensure operational quality and efficiency to meet customer requirements while complying with company policies.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate in Supply Chain/Purchasing/Materials/Logistics management.
• More than 1 year of experience in supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP system preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel or advanced Excel applications.
• Competent in spoken and written English.
• Possess creative problem-solving skills, data-driven analytical and reasoning skills.
• Experience in managing 3PL partners
