Job Description


The Supply Chain Data Analyst has overall responsibility providing insights, analysis and analytics for the APAC Supply Chain function.
The role will collaborate with the leader of the Global Supply Chain Analytics team, to align and implement technology and tools to support the Ingredion’s digital supply chain initiative within the region. In addition, the role will collaborate with the regional and global IT digital leadership to align on platform and standards to accelerate data visibility.
As Supply Chain Analyst, your main responsibilities would include:

  • Digital Supply Chain
    • Develop PowerBI analytical tools that provide real-time insights about order management, volumes, logistics, inventory, and cost to the country and regional supply chain organizations.
    • Manage data refresh and provide governance to ensure insight produced has a high data quality
    • Support the implementation of new technology and tools, including but not limited to JDA, machine learning, etc aligned with the regional and global direction.
    • Collaborate with global supply chain analytics team, driving standard, technology, and process alignment
  • Process and Project Management
    • Support the regional and global supply chain tool implementation and process improvement projects
    • Assist in driving standardization and improvement of SAP deployment, implementing global best practices within the APAC region
    • Act as the subject matter expert for the reporting tools

Qualified candidates will have:
  • Degree in Supply Chain / Engineering / Data Science/ Analytics / Logistics or equivalent
  • High proficiency using MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Power BI or similar BI tool is a must (DAX, etc.)
  • Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving ability
  • Able to work without supervision and a self starter
  • Good understanding of overall supply chain concepts (sourcing, planning, logistics, customer service)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills to solicit stakeholders’ input and clearly articulate progress
  • Ability to develop productive working relationships at different levels of the organization is required
  • Results driven to set, prioritize, and enable achievement of goals
  • Operating with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with SAP and advanced planning systems (e.g. JDA) is a plus
