Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe. Role Responsibilities:

This role is part of the Strategic Partnerships Leadership team and plays a key role in delivering the business units growth ambitions \xe2\x80\x93 specifically supply chain and manufacturing. The role is responsible beating the Cost and Performance targets and defining the leading supply chain practices that will deliver the supply chain strategy. The role is also part of the SEA supply leadership team and is expected to deliver S. E. Asia strategic projects.

The Supply Chain Director will:

Lead delivery of the supply Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for end to end supply chain including cost, service and quality and manufacturing

Strategically lead and shape the Diageo Strategic Partnerships strategy and agenda beyond supply

Drive productivity initiatives and portfolio optimisation. Lead Strategic Partnerships and regional strategic sourcing projects

Operational leadership with Function Centre\xe2\x80\x99s of Excellence & regional teams.

Enhance our reputation through delivering excellent service and ensuring Health & Safety and Control & Compliance is at the forefront of everything we do.

Role Requirements:

At least 5+ years supply chain leadership experience in a customer facing capacity, with a broad understanding of supply chain fundamentals (planning, distribution, and procurement) \xe2\x80\x93 ideally in a multinational

Able to translate commercial strategy into action

Manufacturing management \xe2\x80\x93 ideally Food and Beverage

3 PL management experience (either as a supplier or customer) will be an advantage

Show ability to shift between operational and strategic thinking

Outstanding interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\x93 able to engage others with strong and authentic relationships.

Effective communicator who can clearly articulate ideas to people equal or higher in rank

Resilient in the face of complexity and ambiguity

Demonstrates high levels of initiative and ability to act autonomously.
