Processing of offer/order/ object information in the ERP system Record and administer customer offer and order progress information, according to CRSM-system requirements. Organize and chair necessary meetings Ensure the direct and timely reporting to Account Management, principals and stakeholders on the status of the solutions proposal processes; Collect, register and report all solution proposal information for customer and product management company database Analyse, prioritise customer parts requests and orders, both technically and commercially Initiate, coordinate, evaluate and follow up cost estimations for parts quotations purposes with all applicable departments; Define timelines and delivery dates Evaluate customer terms & conditions to comply with company's SLA agreements. Provide advise and solutions to customers, in close co-operation with Engineering, Supply Chain and Service departments. Follow up on order received and confirm authorised orders to clients Monitor the timely delivery of purchased goods and customer orders, report non-conformances to account management immediately Initiate instructions for the transportation of finished goods to the Supply Chain Department Ensure completion of orders related information is ready and prepare invoice to send to the customerRequirements: Possess a Diploma/technical background in Engineering/Supply Chain management Good communication and interpersonal skills Candidate with no experience can apply. Training is provided.
