In this role with the External Manufacturing APAC Plant Supply Chain team, you will support the operations of local and export portfolios across multiple contract manufacturing sites, in line with the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Supply Chain and internal control standards. You will work in a diverse team and collaborate with teams in the region.

Main responsibilities/ activities:

• Demand & Supply Planning

• Conduct MRP planning for timely order to place
• Inventory management to ensure adequate replenishment & safety stocks at Market level with optimum shelf-life
• Thorough review of forecasts in Kinaxis to monitor demand variability & manage supplies accordingly
• S&OP to align demand & production schedule between market & CMO
• Tracking export dispatches and coordination with forwarders for RFQs & consistent optimization of shipments and logistics costs

• CMO management

• Timely PO management to secure orders in advance as per contracts
• Order facilitation, follow-ups & tracking to ensure deliveries on time & calculate CMO performance
• Monitor invoice payments & troubleshooting for timely vendor payments

• Customer Servicing

• Inform Markets Delivery Schedules for Market forecast & supply planning
• Bulk/API order placing to make sure FG orders to deliver on time
• Help market achieve higher sales volume \xe2\x80\x93 to eventually benefit the entire Sanofi organization

• Transactional & Dashboard

• Handle PO creations & GR in accordance with Sanofi internal control policies
• e-BUY PO creation & management for non-COGS services
• Maintaining Pricing for Price in PO to be paid correctly
• Monthly Dashboards update for management review
• EM API transactional support
• Master data & System

• GMID creation/Linkage/Deletion for PO creation/ master data integrity
• Flow Set-up for goods & billing process completion
• System Set ups for planning activities to be implemented. e.g. Kinaxis

• Deputation of Responsibility

• In absence, the responsibility of Decision making of Supply chain matters are upward delegated to N+1 and follow up on Supply chain activities are delegated to N-1 & TSE in the team

About you

• Experience:

• 5 years in supply chain planning, with experience in physical & financial flows, preferably in CMO Supply Chain Management environment. Previous experience in tech. industry will be a plus.
• Familiar with concepts of internal and external product flow co-ordination and Materials Requirements Planning (MRP)
• Soft skills: Able to manage stakeholders in a diverse organization
• Technical skills: Proficient with SAP, Kinaxis and Scceye. Working knowledge on PHENIX, e-Pricing and Adobe eSign.
• Education: Degree in Operations, Supply Chain and equivalent
• Languages: Proficient in both verbal and written English
