The Opportunity
Opportunity to work in Italian MNC
Fortune 500
5 days work week. 8.30am - 5.30pm
Location: Central
Job Scope
Perform sourcing of materials and products from Italy, Spain and APAC.
Manage international freight and shipping. Customs and clearances procedure.
Coordinate for additives' supplement, packages' updating. Tracing and pushing for the production.
In charge of pricing matters, including material price negotiation, finished products' cost constitution. Monitoring price change and adjustment.
Manage daily stock, control the level of inventory. Plan the purchasing schedule, placing purchasing order timely.
Make Input and Output instructions to warehouse keeper. Arrange domestic transportation or export matters with logistic suppliers.
Updated reports timely and correctly. Perform all reports required;
Process and handling invoices from suppliers for products and services;
Support Customer Service team for related works.
Requirements
Min Diploma, Bachelor degree or above;
Min 2 years of experiences within supply chain or relevant field. Experienced in lubricants companies would be advantageous;
Experienced in SAP, or other ERP skills
Fluent spoken/written communication skills in English;
Proactive and self-motivated;
Result-oriented and able to work under pressure;
