\xe2\x98\x91 Chemical or Soft Commodities (Rice / Grains / Corn)

Job Responsibilities: * Process sales order, sample order, PO, invoice, and credit/ debit note on SAP, ensuring effective communication of orders

• Ensure customer and vendor master data are well maintained in system
• Liaise with operations team in various plants on cargo availability, shipment schedule, and status of sales/ sample order to update the customers timely
• Co-ordinate with plant/ supply chain on the shipment arrangement to achieve on time delivery/ OTIF target
• Respond to customer\'s enquiries and resolve the daily operational issues
• Handle LC and documents through bank
• Manage the customers complain and create QNS on SAP when needed
• Support sales team such as enquiring for freight quotation, providing product/ technical documents etc
• Inform and follow up with customers on overdue position
