Responsibilities:
Analyse historical sales data and apply advanced analytics to accurately forecast demand, especially for high-volume SKUs.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to adjust forecasts based on market trends and promotions.
Monitor inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
Confirm export orders, track progress, and coordinate production schedules to achieve a supply fulfilment rate of 95% or higher.
Work with factories to secure export-related certifications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and avoiding delays in product launches.
Verify inspection and customs clearance documents with accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to optimize shipping schedules, control transport costs, and ensure timely product delivery.
Oversee container loading and resolve any loading-related issues efficiently.
Track customized packaging and label readiness, and coordinate adjustments to prevent delays in production or shipment.
Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, demand forecasts, and inventory status to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management to support supply chain operations.
Requirements:
Min. Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
At least 3 years of working experience in supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG or international trade.
Solid understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
Experience in cross-border logistics or supplier management is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and relevant supply chain software.
Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical skill with high attention to detail and sensitivity to data trends.
Effective communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Self-motivated, results-oriented and capable of working independently under pressure.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
