SummaryThe incumbent will assist with end-to-end supply chain management and logistics operations (e.g. procurement, order management, shipping, and inventory management) and sales support activities for the APAC region.Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of shipping documentation, invoice, packing list, B/L, marine insurance, etc for direct drop shipment from China, Japan, and 3rd party Supplier.
• Working closely with 3PL on export shipments and local deliveries.
• Liaise with finance for advance payment and L/C shipment.
• Processing of sales orders and purchase orders in the SAP HANA system
• Ensuring export shipments/local deliveries are according to customers\xe2\x80\x99 requirements and compliance with destination custom requirements.
• Close follow-up with suppliers, and factories on the order and shipment status.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri; 9am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm

Job Requirements:

• A minimum Polytechnics Diploma is required, preferably in supply chain/logistic operations.
• Minimum 3 years of import and export shipments coordinating experience, preferably from an MNC or regional trading company.
• Preferably more than 2 years experience in managing 3PL and freight forwarders.
• Hands-on experience in using ERP (SAP \xe2\x80\x93 MM/SD modules) experience is required.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin in order to liaise with factories and suppliers located in China.
• Able to work independently and within the deadline.
• Strong follow-up skills, meticulousness, and detailed oriented preferred
• Strong customer service
