We need a Business Process and Readiness (BP&R) Manager to join SEA&I operations team in the Singapore to help deploy the Supply Chain Innovation strategy in support of NIKE’s long-term growth. We are looking for influencers and collaborators who can champion and embrace change as we evolve in our Supply Chain innovation offence to help build our blueprint for the future. If you are a solid communicator, presenter and group facilitator with Exceptional listening skills and ability to build strong relationships then this role is for you.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As the Business Planning and Readiness (BP&R) Manager you will play a role in integrating Marketplace Operations, Logistics, DSM and Finance for each Fulfillment Network Program by driving/supporting the BP&R CoE methodology and framework. We are seeking world-class talent like you to join us on this journey! You will support and facilitate maturity assessments of functional processes to support program activations, enable functional alignment between Marketplace Operations, Logistics and 3PL to understand overall change management impact and actions needed to support successful deployments and stabilizations. You will ensure all business transition strategies and execution plans are submitted and available for analysis. Work with subject matter experts in Marketplace Operations, Logistics, DSM, and Finance on ways to share insights and best practices and provide support to the programs in navigating the Global NDCOE (Nike Distribution Center of Excellence) toolkit for the BP&R Workstream.

You will also Highlight issues with submitted BP&R deliverables and milestones at each NDCOE phase gate and work with the Director Supply Chain Innovation to help identify internal and/or external business challenges and resistance to change

Collaborate across Logistics, Marketplace Operations, Analytics, Technology and the Logistics COE teams to define, prioritize and initiatives before hand-off for execution
WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree with minimum of 5 years’ experience- supply chain preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of organizational change management and business transition concepts, models, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and leading change across business units in large scale process, organizational, and system implementation preferred.
  • Familiarity with transition management framework and distribution center operations/warehouse management systems experience preferred.
  • Project team leadership/ coaching skills and ability to collaborate at all levels.
  • Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional, and virtual teams.
  • High tolerance for ambiguity and travel, up to 20%.
