As Process and Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) Manager you will be the subject matter expert in SEA&I Supply Chain to select Distribution center (DC) solution design & proc WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR As Process and Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) Manager you will be the subject matter expert in SEA&I Supply Chain to select Distribution center (DC) solution design & process flow, and drive deployment of DC Processes, Material Handling Equipment and facility processes in teamwork and partnership with our territory teams and Third-Party Logistics service providers. We are looking for Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional, and virtual teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Solid presenter and group facilitator. Outstanding listening skills. Understand implications of different choices, and guide team to the best solutions for organization. Lean/6 sigma experience is a plus. This role will report into the Director of Supply Chain Innovation SEA&I. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON This role will be responsible for crafting the future state business process design in collaboration with territory program team, selected 3PL and technology teams. You will review 3PL and vendor proposals to select and recommend 3PL and/or MHE vendor partners for the program/fulfillment center. You will drive functional alignment across Logistics, DC Operations team, geography COE team and tech teams on final DC solution/process design, material handling system and facility requirements. Connect subject matter professionals in Logistics, Facilities, Sustainability and DC Processes to share insights and standard methodologies. You will drive functional alignment between Marketplace Operations, Logistics, DSM and Finance to understand overall organizational change impact and actions needed to support successful deployments and stabilizations. You will serve as the primary integration point between the geo & the territory program teams for the Process, MHE & Facility Workstream. You will also act as a coach/mentor to the SEA&I country teams to build expertise and share standard methodologies. Collaborate across Logistics, Marketplace Operations, Analytics, Technology, the Logistics COE teams and 3PLs. WHAT YOU BRING Bachelor's or advanced degree with minimum of 7 years' experience - supply chain/operations experience preferred. Strong understanding of Distribution Center operational processes, WMS and facility requirements. Experience developing and leading DC solution design and process deployment discussions and system implementations. Familiarity with Nike Logistics System (NLS) and Nike Distribution Center of Excellence framework and phase gate methodology would be an added advantage. Project team leadership/ mentoring skills and ability to collaborate at all levels. Proven energy to navigate sophisticated organizational structures. High tolerance for ambiguity and travel, up to 50%.
