o Processing PO for warehouse replenishment orders & ad-hoc RFP requests (including smallware requests due to wear & tear and for new products)

o Follow-up and coordinate for claims for Product Quality Non-Conformance raised by Operations/QA

o Assist SCM team in annual tender exercise for supply contracts.

o Assist with invoice processing and stock receiving in ERP system

o Setup new supplier account and raise rebilling note

o Bi-annual business review of suppliers for future tenders

o Ad hoc duties as assigned and required progressively

Industry Background & Skills

o Proficient in Microsoft Office

o Good communication and interpersonal skills

o Good team-player, meticulous and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment

o Able to multi- task and work under pressure
