We play a crucial role in long-term planning and oversee the coordination of Sales and Operations strategies to ensure a successful quarter and beyond.
We are seeking a motivated intern to assist in optimizing our IBP processes and gain practical experience in SAP-based business planning.
About the role - you will:
As an IBP Intern in our inventory management team have the unique opportunity to delve into the world of supply chain management and planning within a dynamic corporate setting. You\'ll collaborate with experienced professionals to enhance our SAP IBP processes, offering your analytical skills and fresh insights while gaining hands-on experience in using SAP IBP modules.
Data Analysis: You\'ll learn to collect, organize, and analyze data related to supply chain, demand planning, and production processes.
SAP IBP Support: Provide assistance in the configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP IBP modules, including Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Response & Supply.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities within the IBP system and recommend solutions.
Reporting: Develop your ability to communicate insights by creating reports and dashboards.
Documentation: Learn the importance of precise documentation and how to maintain it effectively.
Training and Knowledge Transfer: Assist in training end-users and key stakeholders on how to use the SAP IBP system effectively.
Testing and QA: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and accuracy of the IBP system. Suggest innovative ideas for system improvement.

Your experience includes:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree related to Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or IT.
Work on Enterprise Resource Program (ERP) systems, with any prior knowledge considered a bonus.
Interested in supply chain concepts, with an understanding being advantageous

Our Woodlands site is one of the largest electronics manufacturing sites in Singapore, housing our recording media operations. Spread over three sites, it is easily accessible via bus or from the MRT Station, with many employees taking mass transportation to work.
