Job Responsibilities
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
- Strategy and total solution of Supply Chain
- Lead of OTB sizing
- Tools and model to optimize sales and stock coverage
- Manage the distribution flow of products from warehouse to stores
- Monitor sales forecasts for future replenishment
- Supply chain process and operations optimization and process re-engineering
- Optimizing stock level and stock availability
- Manage TSL for replenishment
- Merchandise planning for store opening and special events
- Stock management (replenishment, rebalancing, consolidation)
- Plan & organize stock depreciation and depletion execution: outlet management, MD stock optimization
- Coordinate with HQ on seasonal mark-down/ Braderie/ destruction
- Inventory strategy and improvement of supply chain processes
- Manage logistics operations procedure and solutions
- Import and export activities
- Product & custom compliance in each market on CITES, wildlife, and environmental regulations
- Manage 3PLs and vendors
- Local logistics support for HK and Macau
- Logistics support on special projects e.g. store openings, special events, Braderie
- Logistics support on non-merchandising item
- Project management e.g. Direct-to-store with HQ warehouse and freight forwarder
- Daily AFSS operations and its workflow
- Monitor repair status and lead time
- Spare parts inventory control and supply to external repairing centers in Asia.
- Manage stock claims and customer claims
- Handle customer care hotline enquiries
- Set-up and manage external repair centers
- Report and analysis of defective items and customer claims activities
- Counterfeit custom inspection
