Min. Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
Japanese MNC near Bugis
Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Fridays
1 year contract role subject to contract renewal
Our client is in the gaming Industry, wholesale of computer games with wholesale of computer hardware and peripheral equipment.
Job Responsibilities:
To manage overall supply chain operations and SAP to meet all delivery demands.
To support in general reporting for sales and procurement related reports.
Work closely with territory commercial teams and 3PL to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders.
To manage supply chain activities for software business operations (inbound & outbound)
Maintain software purchase price in SAP
Process purchase orders to factory
Plan & process sales orders to customers on time
Inventory management at 3PL warehouse
Ensure SAP inventory and warehouse inventory are reconciled monthly
Support stock count at 3PL warehouse
Monitor incoming shipments status and support inbound process in warehouse.
Perform supply chain related tasks in SAP (e.g. create and release purchase orders, create sales orders, create material BOM, create credit note).
Upload product warranty on warranty system for respective markets without errors.
To be involved in new operations planning and implementation.
Support troubleshooting & raise tickets for SAP issues.
Track and manage shipping documents to ensure audit compliance.
Raise vendor payment requests in system.
Job Requirement
Diploma in Logistics Management or equivalent
1 to 5 years of related working experience in supply chain
Preferably with SAP system knowledge
