Job Description
$8500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Define and execute a Global Sourcing strategy
- Coordinate with all business segments globally
- Articulate and execute a Sourcing roadmap that builds capabilities and resiliency needed for long-term growth and sustainability
- Design a Sourcing organization that has the structure, process, technology, talent, metrics, and reporting needed to deliver the plan and build for the future
- Manage the supplier relationship, ensuring our suppliers are aligned with our approach and held accountable for their performance
- Review opportunities across business segments to synergize and consolidates buys
- Sets the vision and objectives for the global supplier management organization and implements policies and practices that yield measurable results in cost, quality, and delivery.
- Monitor and manage key supplier performance metrics, including periodic audits and business reviews.
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in procurement, planning, production management ,logistics, factory engineering, and program management is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
