5 Days work per week (Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm , Alt Sat 8am to 12noon)
Bachelor\'s degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field + Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
Familiarity with regulations and import/export processes + Supply chain certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in supply chain management, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.

Logistics Management:
Manage transportation logistics, including route planning, outsource & in-source management, and cost optimization.
Ensure on-time delivery of products to customers.
Track and analyze transportation costs and performance metrics.
Implement strategies for reducing transportation costs and improving delivery times.
Inventory Management:
Develop and execute inventory control strategies to minimize carrying costs.
Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
Monitor and manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory.
Customer Service & Operations:
Collaborate with customer service teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to supply chain issues.
Continuously improve customer service processes to enhance the overall customer experience.
Monitor and report on key customer service metrics.
Import and Export:
Manage import and export processes, including customs documentation and compliance.
Stay updated on import/export regulations and ensure compliance with local and international trade laws.
Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to facilitate smooth import/export operations.
Optimize import/export processes to minimize delays and costs.
