Job Description

As an APAC Supply Chain Manager, the individual will be overseeing the end to end supply chain process which includes managing the warehousing, logistics and distribution in SEA. The role also involves ensuring inventory control, service level agreements are well managed and managing 3PL stakeholders.

Description

As an APAC Supply Chain Manager, the individual will be responsible for the following:

• Develop the performance of the supply chain organization by enhancing business processes associated with supply planning and customer care such as sales forecasting, demand, distribution, and working with commercial partners.
• Responsible for the end to end processes of supply chain in the organisation.
• Lead GTM Strategies and ensuring budgets are in line with the organisation\'s objectives.
• Manage 3PL Logistics Stakeholders for the APAC Region especially India and China.
• Manage the organisation\'s transport and logistics operations to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Oversee Warehouse and Vendor management.
• Manage inventory control and forecast ensuring optimisation and efficiency in the organisation.
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders so that processes and standards of categories or products are well adhered to and managed.
• Handle the inbound and outbound shipments and deliveries for the APAC Region.

Profile

• More than 5 years of experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics field is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge in transport and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Strong experience in handling India and China market.
• Experience in handling the APAC Region is a plus.
• People management is a plus.
• Experience in handling 3PL stakeholders is highly advantageous.
• Ability to communicate and adapt to a multicultural global team is a plus.
• Experience in order management, forecasting and transport is a plus.
• Certification in APICS CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certifications is a plus.
