Job Duties:

Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams
Determine key supply chain KPIs
Suggest solutions for process improvements
Identify process and implement solutions in a timely manner
Train and evaluate others
Provide constructive feedback
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Handling of sales enquiries
Preparation of quotations / export sales reports / sales commission
Overseeing/Preparation of export documentation
Customer service / handling customer's complaint
Compile customers forecast to fulfill customers' orders
Order process and inventory control
Monitor and expedite delivery to ensure smooth and uninterrupted to supply customer needs
Participate in yearly internal and external audit
Generate reports for statistics and Management Review
Market development

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Supply Chain Management.
At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience as Supply Chain Executive/Manager
Hands on experience with supply chain management
Good time-management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
