The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the role:*The role is being recruited as a fixed term contract for a length of 6 months*Main Responsibilities:Understand and contribute to Southeast Asia (SEA) supply chain flows and networkManage inventory levels to balance costs and meet demand for both direct markets and distributorsOversee the demand and supply planning team and processesHold ownership of the sales planning and distribution processCollaborate with the distributors for sales forecast accuracy and stock coverage managementFacilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process within the SEA clusterControl the logistics management, oversee the movement of goods, including transportation, warehousing, and distributionUnderstand and apply customs rules and regulations by market, as well as triangulation flow (specific to Asia Pacific Region)Manage the involvement of the FTA for some markets, customs duties, documentation in import and export and othersSupport the team in reducing global lead times and enhancing supply chain reactivityUnderstand and apply the local regulations and implication regarding product registration for the different marketsSupervise and guide the product registration process to needed to enable the business growthExecute order to cash process, with relevant customer serviceApply relevant Ferrero group standard and policies and commercial sense, while dealing with sales and customer in supply chain discussionsProvide the budget management: plan, control, and optimize financial resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and operational efficiencyContribute to annual budget preparation, that includes forecasting expenses (predict future costs based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives), scenario analysis (importance of understanding historical set up), expense monitoring, cost optimization through knowledge of transportation routes, rules and regulations and othersApply lean management principles through continuous improvement and day by day activitiesImprove organizational efficiency and effectiveness, by focusing on delivering value to customers and eliminating wasteWho we are looking for:University degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Economics or Industrial/Management EngineeringKnowledge of Supply Chain in different areas (Logistics, Planning, Customer Service and project management), relevant experience in FMCG industryStrong analytical ability and cognitive thought, high result orientation and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage complexities with multiple variables, flexibility and adaptability to changeHigh attention to details and precision, critical thinkingExcellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills, with ability manage multiple stakeholders and synthesize their inputsAgility and capability of adapting / multi-tasking in a fast paced and continuously changing environmentHigh sense of responsibility and proactivity i.e. anticipate problems and propose solutionsStrong team leadership and team collaborationAdvanced MS Office skills, Power BI, VBA , SAP ECC / APO, predictive statistic understandingFluency in English, written and spoken; any other language is considered a plusHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
