Job Scope- Manage day-to-day customer operations, resolving issues promptly.
- Handle email correspondence and file critical emails for future reference.
- Optimize warehouse space usage and forecast future needs with the Executive.
- Oversee ops team to ensure safe and efficient stock storage.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports and billings as needed.
- Enforce compliance with company and regulatory SOPs.
- Address auditor queries promptly and implement corrective measures.Requirements

• Have knowledge of SAP or related supply chain warehouse management system preferred.
• Possess forklift license preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
