Job Description


My client is looking for the above candidate with order processing and shipping knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Process enquiry, quotations & sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring that all details are correct, and the orders are fulfilled according to customer specifications.
  • Place Order: Prepare Purchase Order to RTT Group of companies, once received customer order.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and any inquiries they may have.
  • Sales Documentation: Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with internal & external such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to provide insights to the sales team and management. This may include tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales trends.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise in the sales process, such as order discrepancies or customer complaints.
  • Export Documentation: Prepare and manage the necessary export documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and shipping instructions.
  • Incoterms Knowledge: Understand and apply international commercial terms (Incoterms) to determine the responsibilities, costs, and risks associated with the shipment of goods.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws of both the country of origin and destination, including export licenses, trade restrictions, and sanctions.
  • International Logistics: Coordinate the movement of goods across international borders, working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
  • Customs Clearance: Facilitate customs clearance processes by providing accurate documentation and information to customs authorities, ensuring smooth passage of goods through customs checkpoints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in international shipments, such as delays, damage, or regulatory issues, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Freight Negotiations: Negotiate shipping rates, terms and contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and other logistics partners to optimize transportation costs.
  • Supply Chain Visibility: Implement tools and technologies that provide real-time visibility into the status of shipments, allowing for proactive issue resolution and improved decision-making.
