So whatever your role, if you share our passion for helping others, youll be working towards creating a better and fairer future for all.You will build the business forecast for the Business Market Combination (BMC) within the Market based on insights and assumptions and to identify any gaps in achieving the targets.You are responsible for

  • Creating Sales, Marketing, Consensus forecast for the assigned planning horizon, using the AI baseline forecast which is validated with SC analytics, and then enriched with all relevant input from Sales, Customers, Customer Project Managers, Supply/Operations, Marketing, Finance and other cross functional teams.
  • Collecting input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers.
  • Reviewing and analyzing historical sales trends, inventory in/out-flow, and research demand drivers.
  • Analyzing forecast accuracy results, and define and implement corrective actions
  • Leading conversation with relevant counterparts, propose forecast adjustments and challenge assumptions underpinning input
  • Supporting all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios
  • Supporting all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for Sales/OIT Review Meeting and Demand Sign-off Meeting. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs.
  • Responsible for Sales Review Meeting, including consolation of all the meeting inputs, and preparation and distribution of the meeting deck pre-read and output actions decided during the meeting.
  • Responsible for Inventory Management.
  • Driving SAP data quality with GBS OM. Monitor all order on hand, which include PO to factory, on time PMG GI (factory ship date), CDD is available and match RDD, and back order. Handover to Physical Distribution/PCT once goods are dispatched from factory.
  • Monitoring of supply situation and notify stakeholders.
  • Identifying issues and apply corrective actions.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years of Supply Planning experience
  • Prior medical devices / health technology background preferred
  • Ability to work with a large number of data - Strong analytical skills
  • High proficiency in MS Excel
