Supply Chain Specialist ($3000 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations in the warehouse
- Performing general duties such as picking, packing, transferring and receiving of goods
- Manage and organize warehouse storage and layout plans
- Ensure warehouse safety, inventory accuracy, cleanliness and order of the packing area
- Participate in monthly stocktake and perform stock reconciliation when necessary
- Perform inventory transactions in ERP system
- Liaise with Order Management and Finance for delivery schedule and shipping documents
- Liaise with forwarders for booking arrangement of import, export shipments and domestic deliveries
- Diploma/Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Diploma/ Degree in Logistic/Transportation, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of trade documents, incoterms and Customs regulations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
