You will be part of the Supply Chain team in Business Area South-East Asia (BASEA), Singapore, reporting directly to the BASEA Supply Chain Senior Manager. The team is focused to ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of products from suppliers to customers. As a Supply Chain Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

  • Oversee all supply chain processes, collaborating with the Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (CoE) team on demand balancing across affiliates, and manage Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) preparation.
  • Drive and manage demand in Singapore, working with stakeholders such as the Line of Business, Finance & Operations (F&O) Partner, and other stakeholders, as well as ensure effective supply chain business partnering with Cambodia, Laos & Myanmar (KLM), Sri Lanka, and Maldives.
  • Manage and monitor the month-to-month forecast in the Operations Management Platform for Singapore, develop and execute demand and fulfillment planning, and act as the superuser for both the Operations Management Platform Demand Planning Tool and the Supply Chain Insights & Management Business Analytics (SIMBA) tool for BASEA. This includes providing training and ensuring timely forecast submissions.
  • Support BASEA affiliates with their S&OP process, represent BASEA in the S&OE process to highlight critical stock situations and affiliates market insights, and work closely with the APAC SC Analytics team on Supply Chain Transformation Planning projects in BASEA markets.
  • Drive continuous improvement by optimizing distribution processes, aligning internal policies with compliance, and leading sustainability projects to reduce environmental impact across the supply chain.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree and relevant professional qualifications.
  • A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience in supply chain management with a strong background in S&OP and SC project management.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
