We are looking for people who want to improve outcomes for healthcare professionals and their patients.We are recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Specialist based in Singapore. This role is a fixed term contract role which will be covering for maternity leave. This role is responsible for the supply chain planning process, inventory management and order to cash & logistics process. This position is also responsible for:

  • Support stakeholders in the management of critical quality activities like stock blocking and traceability.
  • Execute stock replenishment within predefined planning parameters.
  • Ensure timely product availability to meet the customer demand.
  • Ensure the business continuity by managing the supply disruptions and demand surges.
  • Manage the inventory and inventory health (slow and obsolete inventory) and ensure efficient supply chain processes.
  • Manage the order to cash process for assigned areas of responsibility, including order processing, logistics and freight.
  • Vendor Performance Management, including verification of invoices and charges.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Work closely with local teams, distribution vendor and international supply chain to ensure that stock replenishment are timely and optimum to support demand targets.
  • Co-ordinate with demand planners to understand the demand surges or drop.
  • Monitor incoming shipments to ensure on time delivery, keep country local team and distributor vendor updated on incoming shipments and stock availability.
  • Follow-up with forwarders/couriers for shipment clearance/queries/verification/errors/other related matters.
  • Highlight and communicate potential supply plan issues based on visible demand plan in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify problem SKU\'s and proactively communicating issues with corrective actions.
  • Handle customer orders and to ensure accurate and timely delivery as per customer\'s requirements. To be the liaison for customer with regards to stock availability/price/invoice and delivery.
  • Drive accountability based on key performance metrics and targets. Report the key performance indicators and analysis to support management and organizational requirement.
  • Monitors/ Identifies the transactions (purchase orders, requisitions etc.) to ensure the system is kept clean from invalid transactions in the flow.
  • Oversee the supply chain project or UAT testing assigned to support, as needed.
  • MBM (S&OP): to adhere to the schedule of the process steps, generate required reports and analysis.
  • Work closely with distributor vendor (or 4PL) to ensure efficient processes are put in place to manage our incoming/outgoing inventories and support financial, stock and quality audit processes.
  • Ensure compliant Sales Recognition, in collaboration with Finance, ICC and Sales.
  • To administer shipment service complaints and insurance claims as they arise, in accordance to MHC standard procedures.
  • Analyses and reports performance of the supply chain. Identify issues proactively and develop action plans to deliver the customer service and tied-up capital objectives.
  • Manage local inventories of Finish Goods: plans, monitors and controls all stock levels in the flow. Ensure optimal inventory level by reviewing back orders, stock holding, excess, SLOB stocks to ensure minimum write off.
  • Perform Inventory Reconciliations monthly to ensure inventory in MHC tallies with 4PL inventory, investigate and take corrective actions as needed for cases of discrepancies.
  • Develop own and the team expertise in designated focus area of Supply Chain Management.
  • Participates actively to the Global/ Supply Chain Group objectives and tasks. Develop knowledge and support continuous improvement projects.
  • Work closely with distributor vendor (or 3PL) to ensure efficient processes are put in place to manage our incoming/outgoing inventories and support financial, stock and quality audit processes.
  • To support Quality requirements as needed, such as perform blocking of stock and in transit goods in case of quality issues, fulfil and compile traceability in a standardized format within the defined timeframe.
  • Any other tasks that may be assigned by manager.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least a Bachelor\'s Degree of any related course.
  • High proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
  • At least 5 years of Regional Supply Chain experience in a multinational organization.
  • An experience in Medical Devices / Health Care products is advantageous.
  • Experience in SAP (SD & MM) and APO
  • MS Office (focus on intermediate to high level Excel)
  • Logistics and Freight Management including import/export procedures & documentation, Letter of credit, Warehouse Management, 3PL is required.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence and collaborate with partners and stakeholders across different levels and functions.
  • Customer-centric and solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Result oriented.
  • Process analytical skills, problem solving skills with sharp decision-making abilities.

  • Some international and domestic travel may be required on occasion.
