The Opportunity

Job Scope

General vendor management such as liaising with internal users and external vendor for onboarding and amendment of vendor information
Running of reports using SAP and company software/portal
Provide support to staff if they have queries regarding the maintenance of vendors\' information in SAP and company software/portal.
Ad hoc vendor information-related maintenance requests from across departments (Procurement, Accounts Payable departments, etc).

Requirements

Min Dip. Preferably in Supply Chain or similar discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Excel like data filters, pivot tables, vlookup, data validation etc
