(CSR) performance including responsible sourcing practices; interacts with internal and external
stakeholders to meet Zebra goals and objectives; and provides the relevant reports and
recommendations to the Management
Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing ESG reporting in partnership with internal experts
  • Key focus is around the social pillar of the sustainability: human rights, compliance, conflict minerals due diligence, suppliers audits
  • Coordinate activities around successful annual ESG disclosures, 3rd party assurance process and various ESG ratings (e.g Conflict Minerals Report, SASB reports and others)
  • Evaluate suppliers CSR performance and assess potential risks in the areas of Labor, Ethics, Environmental Sustainability and Health & Safety by conducting regular Surveillance audits.
  • Work closely with suppliers to address any CSR-related issues, including offering guidance and support in developing corrective action plans.
  • Collect, process and analyze supplier reports on responsible sourcing and ensure that the company complies with applicable ESG regulations and standards.
  • Lead and assist ESG suppliersxe2x80x99 audits: work with external auditors, build the audit plan, organize the execution, analyze the results, drive the corrective actions, document and report results
  • Develop, implement and manage CSR policies and procedures for Zebraxe2x80x99s outsourced
manufacturing partners. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CSR and sustainability principles into the overall business strategy.
  • Monitor ESG developments and maintain an understanding of the changing global regulatory landscape
  • Conduct a gap analysis of existing processes and procedures and prepare documentation to update and align with requirements defined by Federal, State and Zebra policy
  • Continuously monitor and review changes, updates, and expectations within the broad
international sustainability space to successfully position them for changing external
requirements and trends and to drive positive impact * Monitor ESG risks and minimize the company impacts.
  • Initiate and oversee supplier responsible sourcing education
  • Train internal auditors and share awareness with suppliers using webinars, videos, and
documentation. * Working with colleagues across the business on ESG-related projects
  • Follow activities and initiatives of Supply Chain industry organizations to which Zebra is a member; participate in multi-stakeholder working groups to assess the existing trends and developments in Responsible Sourcing and Corporate Social Responsibility
Qualifications:Minimum Education:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Work Experience (years):
  • Minimum 8 years experience in Supply Chain or related field (CSR, Sustainabiltiyy)
Key Skills and Competencies:
  • Knowledge of CSR and ESG standards, regulations and reporting framework (RBA, Sedex, Ecovadis, SASB, etc.)
  • Experience with CSR audits, preferably including 3rd party audits such as RBA.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage communication across multiple levels of the
organization.
  • Strong research, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • High level of proficiency in both oral and written English.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
  • Ability to travel as required to visit supplier sites in APAC countries
Position Specific Information:
  • Travel Requirements: 10%
