Adecco is partnering a German luxury travel retail client, seeking for talents to join their business as a Supply Planner. This position requires the individual to effectively manage the inventory of the categories through analyzing forecasts, active replenishment types, past sales trend and current stock holding for APAC region.

The Talent:

• Degree in any discipline
• 3 years of experience in supply planning/buying in FMCG environment is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office with strong knowledge in Excel (Pivot Table and VLOOKUP)

Description:

• Effectively analyze forecasts, active replenishment types, past sales trends, and current stock levels to efficiently manage inventory across different categories.
• Review monthly sales performance of assortment articles, analyze supply chain KPIs, and identify potential risks and growth opportunities. Implement appropriate actions while considering the impact on the business.
• Foster collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring reliability and innovation in daily tasks and working towards achieving planned results.
• Collaborate closely with the line manager to develop inventory strategies that enhance internal processes such as forecasting, reporting, analysis, and overall control of stock, inventory, cost, and resource allocation.
• Regularly update the Vendor Replenishment Review, highlighting any potential risks and opportunities. Generate purchase orders based on analysis and coordinate with vendors regarding all order and delivery-related tasks.
• Provide assistance in assigned projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives as needed.
