We are looking for a Supply Planning Specialist who will lead the Regional Supply Network Planning process, from Market Net requirements to the delivery of FG's to the JnJ DC at the local Market for a particular Franchise or Supply Chain. Aggregation of Franchise/Countries Net Requirements by source (J&J plants or EM), creation of RCCP and MPS. Further, he/she owns Inventory across for the Franchise (FG and WIP) as well as master data activities related to supply planning/deployment. Primary KPIs are UFR at Market, Inventory and DBNR. The ideal candidate will supports network and other NPD/I projects by providing insights and simulation to guide the project team to the right supply chain strategy from a planning point-of-view and drive PLAN initiatives strategy and execution - MOQ and Leadtime reduction, Sync projects, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the Regional Supply planning and preparation of supply plans across the region. Develops and implements supply planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures.
  • Runs the MPS at regional level, analyses plants capacity constraints and define the constrained MPS/Supply plan
  • Responsible for Customer Service across the region and product supply reliability. Manage Inventory fair allocation across the region, and if shortfall occurs, review the gap and set priorities across the region
  • Submits supply plans and FG inventory coverage reports to the PLAN management and develops solutions to address the potential disruption problems. Analyses results and identify Demand issues/risks and initiates appropriate action to meet business goals
  • Executes the Inventory strategy (including safety stock levels) for FG across the Region through the Inventory Entitlement model to ensure Capital efficiency optimization.
  • Helps define/update SLA (Service Level Agreement) between plants and countries, and Intercompany Planning parameters into the system
  • Participates in new product launch meetings and new product forecasts as a business partner
  • Owns the Regional RCCP, LTCP and S&OP process at regional level for a particular Franchise
  • Acts as the focal point of contact between S&M Organizations / Demand Planning and the Plants
  • Summarizes and escalates regional supply issues; helps develop action plans to solve supply issues.
  • Ensures master data is accurate and updated for the supply planning process
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning in consumer goods or similar industries
  • Strong stakeholder management and demonstrated ability to lead projects
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP (APO and ECC)
  • Able to communicate across a wide network situated in multiple countries
  • Knowledge and experience on end-to-end supply chain process with experience in one or more of the following: Planning, Manufacturing, Sourcing and QA
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
