Working hour

Mondays to Fridays: 1.30pm to 5pm

Experience

At least 3 years of direct relevant working experience in After School engagement Services, preferably in a school environment.

Key Roles

Supervision & Safety: Assist teachers in maintaining a safe and conducive environment for students by helping to monitor their activities, maintaining discipline, and addressing any concerns. The selected personnel is to preferably have first aid qualifications. Selected personnel is required to attend and successfully complete first-aid training provided by the school if he/she does not have the relevant qualifications. The Contractor is obligated to replace the position with an equally first-aid qualified personnel should the original personnel trained by the school resigns or is terminated. Student Engagement & Support: Support teachers in engaging students, providing emotional support, and encouraging participation in the structured activities planned by the teachers. Programme Coordination: Assist the teachers to run after-school programmes, including enrichment activities, study sessions, and recreational opportunities Collaboration & Communication: Inform the teachers of any behavioral concerns and follow teachers instructions to support students'holistic development. Administrative Duties: Maintain attendance records, track student progress, and gather student feedback when necessary * To contact parents when students are not present for their Lighthouse days. Connect and build good rapport with target students.
