Job Description


We are looking for an application support analyst (Core Banking/Silverlake). You will be expected to be able to work both independently and as part of a support team. Responsibilities

  • Be a subject matter expert in Core Banking
  • Filter, prioritise and validate issues
  • Recommend solutions & resolve issues, working with L2 & L3 support teams
  • Perform root cause analysis
  • Provide source compare and produce SIT test result
  • Attend to production EOD support call
  • Provide UAT support for fixes
Requirements
  • 5 years experience in application development for Core Banking domain
  • A first degree in technology
  • End-user expertise on Silverlake
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience with CIF, remittance, deposits & loans, trade finance
  • AS/400 domain technical knowledge is advantageous
