Duties & Responsibilities

  • Office administration, including meeting organisation, office support work flow setup, asset management, office expenditure monitoring etc.
  • Purchasing of office equipment and supplies including computer peripherals, stationery and pantry item.
  • Manage and administrative expenses, track budget, process payment and maintain accuracy of expenses report.
  • Liaise with the IT department to resolve/troubleshoot computer and system issues when needed.
  • Provide HR administrative support in the hiring, onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Help out with Board and Board Committee meetings organisation
  • Provide administrative support to department staff including, training, welfare, team meeting coordination, travel arrangements.
  • Help manage trademark and patent files with legal counsel.
Skills & Experience
  • Diploma holder with experience
  • Prefer candidate with work experience in office administration.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and attention to detail.
  • A self-starter who is organised, resourceful and able to take initiatives.
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Knowledge in computer peripheral and office equipment setup will be an advantage
