Job Responsibilities :

The Role will provide administrative support to Customer Advocacy. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be expected to work independently with little supervision. This person must be well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of working in a matrix organization with diverse people.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary support to Customer Advocacy, handling all administrative duties
  • Liaise with Finance in contract matters on account setup and termination
  • Proper validation and processing of invoices for payment
  • Acts as the point of contact between internal and external stakeholders for invoice clarification
  • Prepare expense and revenue reports
  • Prepare reports for cross-functional team daily/weekly/monthly
  • Ensures that the assigned tasks are completed in a timely and orderly manner
Pre-Requisites :
  • Minimum O Level or equivalent
  • Must possess at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous, good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
  • Possess excellent numerical, analytical and Excel skills
  • Able to work individually and collaborate with others as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of working with SAP system will be an added advantage
