4:30 AM to 1:30 PM / 11:00 AM to 8 PM / 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM to 12:00 AMNOTE: The schedule will be determined on the need of the department. Usually, staff members have a fixed schedule.
Amenable to work on holidays and weekends *2 rest days per week
2 weekdays (ex. Wednesday-Thursday)
1 weekday, 1 weekend (ex. Friday-Saturday)
Willing to work on-site in our office in Makati
Must acquiesce to render overtime whenever necessary
Must be adaptive and culturally sensitive
Must have strong time management skills
Must have experience in basic to an intermediate computer and internet troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to tutors for whatever concerns they may have that are related to their services for the company.
Manage the schedules of tutors to ensure enough lessons are provided daily
Answer the tutors' inquiries (through Skype, email or SMS).
Be an aid to Japanese/Taiwanese Customer Support in matters concerning tutors (e.g. cancellation or transferring of lessons, contacting tutors, etc.)
Develop ideas for the improvement of the procedures related to operations in the Tutor's Management Department.
Fulfill other job-related tasks to be given by the immediate Supervisor.
Department Shifts:
4:30 AM to 1:30 PM
11:00 AM to 8 PM
1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
