Job Description

Job Summary
You will perform quality checks on online learning programmes, collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot LMS content issues, provide Level 1 technical support to stakeholders, and assist with programme management and logistical tasks to support the ILT team.
Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on online learning programmes to ensure content accuracy and proper functionality on the LMS
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve technical issues related to content building and delivery on the LMS
• Provide Level 1 technical support to stakeholders by troubleshooting content and platform issues promptly
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and deliver timely, effective solutions
• Support Instructor-Led Training (ILT) activities by coordinating programmes and managing logistical tasks
• Adapt quickly to new systems, processes, and tools to enhance support capabilities

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning platforms.
• Ability to perform quality checks on online learning programmes to ensure content accuracy and functionality.
• Willingness to provide Level 1 technical support and assist with basic troubleshooting of content and platform issues.
• Comfortable collaborating with technical teams to resolve issues.
• Good communication skills to support stakeholders and understand their needs.
• Strong attention to detail and basic organizational skills.
• Willingness to support ILT activities, including programme coordination and logistical tasks.
• Open to learning new systems, processes, and tools.

Other Information

• Salary: $2650/month
• Working Arrangement: Mon-Fri
• Working Location: Buona Vista
• Contract Period: 6 months
