- Posses Good skills in preparation of Sushi & Tempura, cooking Japanese Rice, etc
- Good Knife skills
- Working hours: 10am-2pm, 5.30pm to 10pm
- 3 years of relevant experience in Japanese cuisine
- 6 days work week with Monday as rest day
- Nearest Mrt: Outram
- Able to start work with short notice or immediately will be an added advantage
