Sushi Chef Orchard SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,000

Responsibilities

  • Able to prepare sushi menu, sushi dishes, appetizers, soups and salads.
  • Expert in cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
  • Ensure high food quality especially taste, temperature and presentation to deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, and always keep the kitchen in excellent hygiene standards.
  • Assist on month-end stock take.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Has variety of expertise, especially in both traditional and modern Japaneses cuisine
  • Has excellent sense of taste and creativity in food preparation and presentation
