Responsibilities
- Able to prepare sushi menu, sushi dishes, appetizers, soups and salads.
- Expert in cutting, slicing, and filleting different types of fish.
- Ensure high food quality especially taste, temperature and presentation to deliver excellent dining experience to all customers.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, and always keep the kitchen in excellent hygiene standards.
- Assist on month-end stock take.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Has variety of expertise, especially in both traditional and modern Japaneses cuisine
- Has excellent sense of taste and creativity in food preparation and presentation
