Sustainability Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Support project management for energy improvement project such as Chiller Plant Retrofit works, retro commissioning.

Support Green Mark Project coordination and information collection

Performs onsite sensor verification and BCA-OSE report preparation.

Perform on-site energy efficiency audits to identify Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for HVAC systems, boilers, air compressor, lighting etc.

Recommendation of improvement measures, and implementations to achieve energy / water savings / carbon reductions based on the data analyzed to meet client / regulatory requirements and report preparation.

Follow up on the measures implemented with client and monitor the building performance using M&V and Energy Management Reporting.

Perform BMS/ M&V trending data analysis and identify building operation characteristics and areas of potential energy savings.

Ad hoc activities such as pre-sale support, green consultancy services (ESG, Green Certification, etc)



Job Requirements

Diploma in Engineering/Science - Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services, Energy management or Equivalent

Good understanding on Building systems and equipment, including HVAC, Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy / Power Monitoring System (PMS)

Able to provide logical analysis consultative feedback to the client based on industry best practice.

Strong knowledge in MS Office with data analytic skill

Workplace Safety and Health knowledge and certificate will be an added advantage. (To ensure work safety while performing onsite audit)
