STEM Brand Manager (Sales & Programme Development Role)

Sustainability Brand Manager

who will:

Drive sales and project management

across all Vivarch brands, and

Lead the development, expansion, and strategic growth

of our sustainability-focused division,

What You'll DoDrive Sales & Manage Projects (Across All Brands)

Prospect, pitch, and maintain relationships with schools, corporates, community organisations, and regional partners. Oversee programme planning, coordination, and end-to-end project execution. Ensure smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and project profitability. Represent Vivarch's full suite of enrichment brands (Sustainability, Life Skills, Arts, Sports, STEM, Wellness, etc.).

Lead & Grow the ReGenerate Sustainability Brand

Develop and expand sustainability programmes across themes such as:

Climate resilience & adaptation Renewable energy & green technologies Circular economy & waste management Urban farming & food sustainability Water stewardship & environmental stewardship Strengthen brand positioning, programme messaging, and long-term strategy. Identify trends and introduce innovative, future-forward sustainability offerings aligned with national and global goals.

Design & Enhance Sustainability Programmes

Conceptualise and refine sustainability workshops, learning journeys, and applied learning modules. Ensure content is relevant, age-appropriate, and connected to real-world environmental challenges. Work with subject specialists and trainers to elevate programme quality.

Build Partnerships & Green Networks

Collaborate with educators, environmental organisations, industry partners, and sustainability practitioners. Advocate for accessible, authentic sustainability education that inspires action.

What You Bring

Passion for sustainability, environmental education, and creating long-term impact Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Business acumen and solution-oriented thinking Organised, proactive, and collaborative Bachelor's Degree in any field (Environmental Studies, Geography, Sustainability-related fields preferred)

Extra Kudos For

Experience in sustainability education, environmental projects, or green tech Programme development or curriculum design background Sales or business development experience Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., Singapore Green Plan, SDGs, circular economy concepts) Connections or experience working with green industry partners

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
