:JOB DESCRIPTIONThe specialist will support the execution of an industry leading factory social responsibility program. He/she will also support all supplier management and scheduling of factory social compliance assessments.He/she will report into the WSGO group in the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Singapore office, and will support the management of the social responsibility activities for the company.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with third-party audit firms on scheduling, reporting, and billing.
  • Schedule audits and communicate results to suppliers and WSI associates.
  • Update the WSI supplier database with audit information.
  • Serve as the main contact on social compliance audit matters- pre and post-audit to scheduling.
  • Prepare and update regular reports.
Desirable Qualifications & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and clerical skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Fluency in English is required.
