RBA (Responsible Business Alliance former EICC) is the world\'s largest industry coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility in global supply chains. ST is a committed & acting RBA member since its foundation.

Mission
The Sustainable Supply Chain Specialist will join a team of 10 people working directly with our suppliers to engage eligible ones in the RBA initiative. He/she will play a key role to make sure we are partnering with suppliers sharing those values and having good responsibility practices.

Responsibilities
The candidate will be in charge with a suppliers\' portfolio he/she will manage all along their journey to sustainable practices (countries e.g. China, Japan):

- to confirm their commitment to apply RBA code of conduct,
- to evaluate their maturity through a standard self assessment questionnaire,
- to set & execute the adequate actions to increase their maturity including training,
- to convince suppliers to pass a third-party audit,
- to track & to support suppliers on their audit finding closure.
- to track audit finding, ownership and status

-to participate in working groups with pairs and partners at international level

The role will provide periodical concise status reporting of Social Responsibility and Sustainable Excellence activities and may engage in other activities related to supply chain sustainability.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Sensitive to topics linked to sustainability and with a first experience in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility),
• Rigorous and good communication skills
• Negotiating ability with people from different nationalities (soft with the people, hard with the problem)
• Business integrity.
• Excel and Office365 practitioner, knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Knowledge of management systems, audits and procurement process is a plus.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
