About the Department

We develop integrated products and services targeted at helping small and medium-sized enterprises across the region progress through different stages of growth. These include innovative solutions and initiatives in areas of working capital loans, operational efficiency and currency exposure.

Job Responsibilities

• To develop the strategy and execution plan for specific digital ecosystem verticals across regional markets
• To work with group & country stakeholders to develop new, and maintain existing, digital ecosystem related policies, programs & procedures in compliance with Digital Ecosystem Governance, local regulations & policies
• Guide countries on end-to-end operationalization of new digital partnerships, including how to identify and negotiate with partners, getting internal approvals, building credit models and lending programs, mapping out entire customer journey, data connectivity set up and back end processing.
• Support countries to develop embedded finance propositions that will appeal to partners
• Coordinate with group & country business partners (e.g. Technology & Operations, Legal & Compliance, Operational Risk Management) to integrate the ecosystem solutions with relevant banking systems.
• To coordinate and facilitate implementation of partnerships that are applicable across several countries.
• Monitor trends of various ecosystems in the region for opportunities

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in partner management and project management
• Good knowledge of digital ecosystem landscape and fintech scene
• Strong SME credit knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong stakeholder management ability
