Job Description
The highly esteemed legal team of a dynamic corporation has a senior legal vacancy on offer. You will be heavily involved in providing legal advice to stakeholders on all general corporate and commercial transactions, tenancy agreements and regional projects. This challenging leadership role will suit candidates with proven expertise in REITs, corporate secretarial and governing compliance laws and regulations.
Successful applicants will possess:
- Admission to the Singapore Bar with at least 10 years of real estate, REITS or corporate experience gained in-house or with a law firm.
- Practical working knowledge of regulatory compliance matters relating to the industry, along with broad corporate secretarial knowledge.
- The ability to communicate effectively with multiple and senior stakeholders whilst managing a team.
- The ability to work independently and within a team.
