We are responsible for providing insights into the performance of the Group through financial, regulatory and performance reporting of the Group.Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Group PFS Head to deliver the budget by actively engaging the business in our monthly forecasting process
• Work with country PFS and Finance heads to manage the business performance management of the countries in identifying opportunities and risk to achieve a more robust forecast against the budget
• Provide financial analysis of the various products to understand the key revenue drivers to assist in the growth of the franchise
• Ensure adequate cost controls and discipline. Drive re-engineering initiatives within team or Region countries to improve cost efficiency and productivity
• Undertake Strategic Planning review and Adhoc Projects
• Manage Industry Wide Stress Test and ICAAP deliverables
• Guide and review countries\' business cases of projects and transformation programs
• Drive funding strategies and understanding of Fund Transfer Pricing to better manage the balance sheet
• Partner with Credit to better manage and understand impairment
• Lead and facilitate the budget planning
• Lead, develop and train cohesive team, build bench strength

Job Requirements

• An undergraduate degree and qualified CPA

15 years of financial management experience in banks/financial institutions * Experience in Consumer business of Bank is preferred

• Sound judgment with the ability to make decisions and present recommendations with clarity and conviction to serve the business\' objectives
• Familiarity with various business and data applications.
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong understanding of the bank\'s business units and the reporting needs of those units
• Driven and energetic with strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact at all levels across the organization
