Business FunctionGroup Finance aims to deliver world-class standards in reporting, financial planning and finance processes. We provide insights and analyses that help the bank make sound business decisions \xe2\x80\x93 whether in the areas of product development or customer profitability. We also provide capital management, business planning, forecasting, and tax and accounting advisory services.The bank is also a certified Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) for the Singapore Qualification Programme by the Singapore Accountancy Commission and an Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Approved Employer.Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to offer comprehensive financial analysis and insights, assessing business performance against defined strategies.
• Ensure clear visibility of business drivers and performance through meticulous monitoring and analysis, driving efficient performance management processes.
• Identify business risks and opportunities, providing recommendations as necessary.
• Translate business actions into customer analytics, developing analytical solutions, and delivering presentations to stakeholders, including data sourcing, analysis, and insights.
• Proactively engage with key business partners to enhance business agility and foster collaborative decision-making.

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant work experience demonstrating strategic thinking and adaptability, with knowledge of corporate banking coverage & products being advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities, capable of linking strategy, product, and changes to potential business impact.
• Proven track record in management reporting with extensive experience leading diverse teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in change management, particularly involving process re-engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously while fostering positive collaboration within a dynamic team environment.
