Our financial solutions are not only the best in the business \xe2\x80\x93 they were made just right for you.About Regional Consumer ProductsWe oversee a broad spectrum of products and services, including deposits, cards, consumer lending, and ecosystem lending across all priority markets in Consumer Banking.About the roleThis role covers business strategy and product experience from a regional perspective. The incumbent will lead in the forefront and partner with stakeholders in multiple business groups and functions to drive regional transformation. We are looking for an executive who can strategize, champion the delivery of a differentiated customer experience, leverage data, and implement effective communication and engagement plans to drive business priorities.Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation in product experience across the region
  • Strengthen customer obsession in end-to-end journeys across markets
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholder teams to execute strategic initiatives and create meaningful value to business and customers, including but not limited to Product, Risk, Tech, Ops, and journey squads in all key markets
  • Prepare and lead business review/presentations in senior management meetings
  • Plan and implement key communication and engagement initiatives, such as strategic offsites and conferences comprising external parties
  • Lead in tracking progress and delivering the scorecard priorities for the department
RequirementsWe are looking for a dynamic and resilient team player who can connect the dots, understands the impact of various business drivers, and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • As part of the business strategy and product experience team, you will need to be analytical with an eye for detail. In addition, the ability to thrive under pressure in a rapidly changing environment and having the aptitude to rise to challenges will be highly prized.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree (preferably in Accounting & Finance)
  • Min 15 years or more relevant consumer banking experience in banks, financial institutions, and management consulting firms
  • Ability to build effective relations with stakeholders
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs/insights (both internal and external) for developing strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Having relevant experience in consumer product management, business strategy, change management will be a plus
