A\xe2\x80\x8bn exciting opportunity to join a leading regional bank to lead the development of digital offerings for SME and business banking customers across Singapore, Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand. In this role, you will help the bank fully utilize its partnerships with ecommerce and fintech companies in the region by building out the necessary digital capability to ensure an excellent end to end customer journey.

Candidates who have worked in banking and have a good understanding of the customer journey along with ecommerce/ fintech experience are preferred. This is an individual contributor role that will work very closely with the business and mentor junior project managers while managing large project teams. Candidates that have regional experience along with understand of regional banking regulations especially relating to customer onboarding are also preferred.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in managing large scale transformation projects and programs in a banking environment

Experience working in fintech/ ecommerce consumer led environments is preferred

Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions/ departments in a bank

Experience in scoping and evaluation

Strong stakeholder management skills

Salary range: SGD 220K - 280K depending on experience and current salary
