Role Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Freelance Swim Coaches who love working with children and adults alike. You'll teach students one-to-one or in small groups, guiding them towards their swimming goals while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere.

What You'll Do

Conduct private and small-group swimming lessons (infant, learn-to-swim, or competitive levels).

Assess students' abilities and create lesson plans suited to their pace and confidence.

Ensure safety standards are met at all times.

Communicate progress updates to parents or adult learners.

Work independently while representing the school's brand values and teaching quality.

Requirements

Passionate about teaching and patient with students of all levels.

Certified in at least one of the following: SSI / AUSTSWIM / STA / NROC (or willing to obtain certification).

Prior experience in swim coaching or lifeguarding preferred.

Must be punctual, professional, and confident in managing lessons independently.
