Swimwerks Aquatic Training & Services is established in 2015 with a vision to promote water safety and equip individuals with swimming and lifesaving skills.

With more than 5 years of expertise and collaboration with industry partners, Swimwerks Asia Pte. Ltd. was established in 2020.

We have since expanded our services across to the corporate and government sectors.Our portfolio includes; Lifeguard Services, Learn to Swim Programs, Swimming Instructor Courses, Lifesaving Courses, Aqua Fitness Programs, Lifesaving Technologies, Aquatic Event Management, and aquatic products.

Swimwerks aim to be the preferred one stop aquatic hub in Singapore and Asia Pacific by the year 2028.



Swimming Coach (Full Time / Part Time / Intern)

Responsibilities:

• To conduct \xe2\x80\x9clearn to swim\xe2\x80\x9d lessons for pre-school level and above
• To ensure that safety guidelines and protocols are met
• Responsible for the planning of lessons, keeping track of class attendance, and progression report
• Manage the expectations of customers

Requirements:

• International or NROC certified swim teaching certifications
• Have the passion for swimming, teaching, and love interacting with children
• Ability to demonstrate the Front Crawl, Breast Stroke & Back Stroke
• Possess a positive disposure with good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Self-motivated, pro-active, positive can-do attitude, Independent, organized, resourceful, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, quick learner, and a good team player
• Meticulous and possess an eye for details
• Love the outdoor environment and being in the pool
• Willing to travel for classes
• Certified freelancers payment is from $30/hr
• Candidates with no certifications may apply, traineeship program will be provided for shortlisted candidates
